Dr. Dustin Durden is a North Carolina native having been born and raised in Rockingham, NC.  He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Duke University in 1998 and later earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S)  from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2003, the same class as his partnering dentist Dr. Katina Pittman.  Dr. Durden and Dr. Pittman worked several years with each other as associates before starting McCrimmon Family Dentistry together.
Dr. Durden currently lives in Cary with his wife Abby, a practicing pediatrician, their newborn son Jeb and their two boston terriers, Moxie and Oliver.



Dr. Katina Dial Pittman, also a North Carolina native, grew up in Pembroke, NC.  She received her undergraduate degree in Biology with a Biomedical Emphasis from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and later earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S) with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry.  Dr. Pittman resides in Chapel Hill with her husband, Brian, and their son, Henry William.
